Haris is an accredited member of MySC. He begin his journey in 1994 in a small production company in KL.  His Hobsby of watching movies every weekend spurred his ambitions and finally got his foot into Productions. Haris started his first feature film in 2004 in the digital format when it was first launched. From 2004 to 2025 he shot more than 28 feature films. His most popular movies would be Songlap, Istanbul Aku Datang, Manisnya Cinta di Cappadocia and PolisEvo. Haris has received several prestigious accolades for his work, including grabbing the Best Cinematographer in Malaysia Film Festival for FFM-25 and FFM-28.  He has a record of 5 continuous nominations for Best Cinematography. He also work as a Camera Operator for a foreign movie shot in Malaysia. Haris is also known as Steadicam Operator in Malaysia from 1999 - 2025. As for now, he has worked on more than 100 feature films, TVcs and even on his own movie. He Steadicam skills has bought him to Shanghai, Vietnam, Singapore market. He is now base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as a Cinematographer and of course his Steadicam is right by his side.
